The Treehouse Adventure Area at Birr Castle Gardens features Ireland’s largest treehouse along with sand pits, climbing frames, slides and much more to keep little ones entertained for hours. Older children and their parents, meanwhile, will be fascinated by the huge telescope (the largest in the world for over 70 years) and the science centre that brings past inventions and discoveries in engineering, science and technology to life.
