A Christmas Carol at Roundwood House

Sunday, December 9th 2018, Roundwood House, Co Laois at 8pm

This highly theatrical adaptation of A Christmas Carol brings the colour and vivacity of the greatest of all Christmas stories to the intimate setting of Roundwood’s famous library. Three outstanding actors will take you on Scrooge’s ghostly journey to redemption, accompanied by a richly atmospheric live musical score. A sell-out hit at the Viking Theatre for the past three years, it is the perfect way to experience Dickens’ masterpiece and to share his world of phantoms, darkness, merriment, and everlasting goodwill.

Performed by Michael James Ford, (veteran of the Gate and Abbey Theatres) Helene Montague (composer, pianist and founding member of Rough Magic Theatre Company) and Ruairi Heading (RTE’s Rebellion and Gaiety Theatre’s Borstal Boy)

It lingers in the mind… it really is superb. Donnchadh O’Laoire
